Undoubtedly, the proximity of the legislative elections in Germany have served for Angela Merkel to agree to gradually withdraw the anticovid device.
The growing discontent of the population that points to
Merkel as perverse and part of the group that seeks control of the
"world", has made the country enter a new stage and like other
nations, accept that it is time to end with "measures" anti-pandemic
that perhaps - say the Germans - were never necessary.
There is talk, without the data being accepted by the
Germans, that a third of the country's inhabitants support the anticovid
device, compared to two-thirds in early January, according to a YouGov poll
published this week.
"Today we can talk about hope," said the foreign
minister at a press conference, estimating that her country is now entering
"a new phase" in the fight against the pandemic made possible thanks
to the acceleration of vaccination.
