MEP Anderson warns of another contentious issue: 15-minute cities

Once again, MEP Christine Anderson issues a warning about another of the controversial issues these days: 15-minute cities.

"The real reason behind the 15-minute cities: it is not about their convenience," Anderson has warned, at a time when he assures, construction is already beginning.

"The cities of 15 minutes, they will have to have them before they can lock you up," said the MEP.

“So, in Britain, some county has already passed legislation; they will be able to impose a climate lockdown,” he said.

"The next step, then, of course, will be that you're only allowed out of your immediate area... but there are other people who may have more money, and can actually buy your passes for you."

He also reported that the most affected will be the poorest: "So guess what? Poor people will stay in these neighborhoods for 15 minutes. But those who are better off go wherever they want to go."
