Robert F. Kennedy Jr. lamented that while millions and
millions of dollars are being sent to Ukraine, Americans are going through
their worst economic moment.
"Ukraine gets $113 billion while Americans endure a war
on the poor"..."We have a crisis here," lamented Robert F.
Kennedy Jr.
Among the data he shared about the American reality, he
said:
• 57% of Americans can't get their hands on $1,000 if they
have an emergency.
• A quarter of Americans go to bed hungry.
• 1.5 million veterans live below the poverty line.
• 33,000 veterans are homeless.
• 23 veterans a day commit suicide.
"The war against the poor is a blood war," he
said.
