Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a three-day pause
in Russian attacks on Kyiv, coinciding with a visit by envoys of US President
Donald Trump, the Kremlin announced.
The temporary suspension of military operations comes as
diplomatic efforts continue to find a solution to the conflict between Russia
and Ukraine.
The Kremlin did not specify whether the pause could
represent progress toward a broader agreement, although the announcement comes
amid renewed contacts between Russian and US officials.
