The southern border of the United States is collapsed in the
middle of an immigration crisis with thousands of Latinos trying to cross the
border. The recent poll carried out by the Gallup consulting firm raises an
even more worrying picture, reporting that 42 million Latin Americans are
willing to migrate to the United States largely motivated by the new
immigration policies of President Biden, which would generate an absolute
collapse and without precedents.
“There are 33 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Approximately 450 million adults live in the region. Gallup asked them if they
would like to move to another country permanently if they could, ”Gallup Chief
Executive Jim Clifton said in an article published Wednesday.
"A whopping 27
percent said 'yes.' This means that approximately 120 million would like to
migrate somewhere ”, revealed the worrying results of the survey.
Then he added: "Of those who want to leave their
country permanently, 35 percent, or 42 million, said they want to go to the
United States."
The results of the survey are published right in the middle
of an absolute crisis in the southern borders of the United States, with
thousands of immigrants who daily try to enter, and that many when finding the
borders closed do so illegally knowing that after the President Biden's
announcements in January, those illegal immigrants who manage to cross would
not be returned to their countries until the judicial authorities define their
future.
