Vice President Kamala Harris will have the same importance
as the President, as language is being used that indicates that she has the
same position as the President.

who says that the management has come from a high-level member of the
Communications department. The instruction directed to all other agencies is to
refer to the "Biden administration" as the "Biden-Harris
administration."
