Supreme Court refuses to review 2020 election cases

Today it has been publicly announced that the decision of the United States Supreme Court is to refuse to review the cases of the Pennsylvania 2020 elections.

The court made the announcement Monday morning, without adding any comment or clarification or explanation of the reasons for its determination.

Attorney Sidney Powell's persistent 2020 election challenges in Arizona and Wisconsin remain in the air this way. Although Justices Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas disagreed with the denial, the Supreme Court's determination seems to have no going back, although neither does it have a legal justification for its position.

The Supreme Court rejected two mandamus petitions that Sidney Powell and other Kraken-aligned attorneys filed in late December. Those cases were stylized as In re Tyler Bowyer, et al. and In Re William Feehan. The cases were at odds with election results in Arizona and Wisconsin, where Trump lost to Joe Biden.
