"The power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce belongs to Congress, not the president," they remind Biden

 


 A 21-state coalition with Republican attorneys general sued Biden, arguing that revoking the cross-border permit is "regulation of interstate and international commerce" and that only Congress can make the decision.

 

United States Attorney General Ken Paxton spoke about the lawsuit, saying that Biden's illegal policies are detrimental to our economy and our country.
