It was expected and the time came it,  when social groups in favor of America would raise their voice against acts considered illegal by Congress and also by some the states.

“We want the entire Congress to be closed because it is unconstitutional, it operates illegally, and we are suing all 50 states. We go for the majority. We are against 90% of the US Government that has violated our rights, ”declared Gracia according to the alternative media DLHJ Media on February 14.

“We want the entire Congress to be closed because it is unconstitutional, it operates illegally, and we are suing all 50 states. We go for the majority. We are against 90% of the US Government that has violated our rights, ”declared Gracia according to the alternative media DLHJ Media on February 14.

“5% of the Democratic Party and 5% of the Republican Party are not in our demand. That leaves 90% exposed, ”clarified Biannca Gracia, who chairs the Latinos for Trump organization.

And he explained that: "Due to the illegal way in which the government used the emergency powers of COVID to nullify our voting rights, we were not heard, and as minorities our votes are supposed to be protected," he said.

The movement includes the Latino civil rights group for Trump, whose president is Biannca Gracia, the group Negros for Trump and Josh Macías, who demanded the closure of the 117th Congress, as well as to annul the election of who currently lives in the White House , considering that this is: "The greatest civil rights struggle since Dr. Rev. Martin Luther King Jr."

“Therefore, the entire 117th Congress is illegitimate and all actions taken since January 3 including the counting of Electoral College votes and the confirmation of Joseph Biden as president-elect and the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump are void. and without effect ”.

The plaintiffs base their case on the federal HAVA law and argue that the people of the United States received ballots that were clearly illegal.

The HAVA Act is an extension of the Civil Voting Rights Act, and both are intended to protect minority voters with special funds from the federal government.
