Maricopa County Supervisors break the law and they are not in jail

Something is happening around the United States that are coming to light - although it was already known "privately" - post-electoral situations that are framed in illegality according to the increasingly, citizen complainants.

This is the case in Arizona, where the Election Procedures Manual states that after an election has been certified, the ballots must be turned over to the County Treasurer for safekeeping until the period of time to keep the ballots has legally expired. .

The current problem for the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is that it has been established that they are breaking the law. According to Arizona Representative Finchem, MCBOS has not turned over the millions of ballots that were counted in the 2020 elections to the County Treasurer.

By what is assured, the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, should already be in jail. So far no attempt has been made at least to apply the Law. This according to citizens who have been organizing in search of returning the Law to their counties, states and nation, as reported.

The situation noted above is attributed to the possibility that the former Maricopa County treasurer resigned in disgust in January after working with MCBOS has triggered.
